for any reason without the written permission of Rick Osteen Photography.
Failure to obtain permission to use any image from this site is subject to
fine or legal action in accordance with copyright laws.
Rick Osteen Photography will issue a settlement agreement for any unauthorized image used
without purchase at the sum of $100 per image and agree to forego our right to legal action.
Failure to make such payment in a timely manner will cause this agreement to be void and
we shall have the right to sue for copyright infringement, for which we will not accept less
than ten (10) times the normal license fee plus attorney’s fees and all associated costs.
